Tuning

The ECU is first read on a specialist Chip Tuning Frame. A Software Development Engineer then customises the data by adjusting up to 51 parameters, including limiters, turbo boost, air-to-fuel ratio, and fuel injection, to deliver a safe and effective tune.

Once engineered, the software is uploaded back to the ECU, which is then reassembled into the vehicle. From this point, most ECUs can be read and written through the OBD port for future updates or adjustments.

What is the best option for me?

Diesel engine with forced induction (Turbo)

Section in development.

Petrol engine with forced induction (Turbo or supercharger)

If you use your car as a daily driver and it's bone stock, we would advise to go with the stage 2. Want to go one step further without any compromises and biggest safe power increase? Stage 3 is the answer.

Petrol engine naturally aspirated

You won't see power increase in the stock engine with some exceptions. But if you want to fit a straight pipe exhaust you have to remap your ECU to adjust/switch off O2 sensors.
